My Birthday...

Another year older and wishing I was wiser too! I had a great birthday because of my wonderful husband and children. It came complete with breakfast in bed, gifts my children picked out especially for me, a day of freedom to go shopping and dinner and movie with the hubby. My mother in law was kind enough to take on all our kids. (I am so glad that Chase will take a bottle when needed) Thank you for the phone calls and all the wonderful gifts. My birthday could not have gone better!

The Past 5 Weeks

Our little Chaser Bugs...

I can't believe my baby boy is already 5 weeks old. Our family can not get enough of him. He is the cutest darn thing. I sometimes forget I have 3 other kids to take care of. All I want to do is hold him and love him all day! He has been a wonderful baby so far (keeping my fingers crossed it stays that way) Chase is such a blessing to our family. Katon, Mikelle, and Kayla are so good with him. They are such good helpers and they take good care of mom too. Chase smiles and makes all those cute baby sounds now. It is so fun to watch all the new little things that develop with a new baby. But I do wish that I could freeze time just for a little while. We love our little Chaser Bugs!!!

My sister and brother in law were kind enough to invite us to go with them to a condo they rented and play in the snow. On one of the days all the boys went snowboarding. Steven put Katon in lessons along with Brady and Conner. After Steven picked up Katon from his lessons they went down some hills together. Katon loved snowboarding. I can't believe how good and fast he picked it up. I now have a new snowboarding buddy. I can never keep up with Steven. We had a blast at the condo. We just relaxed and played games while the kids had a ton of fun playing in the snow. Thank You Kristy and Jason for such a fun trip.
