Nothing more special than a dad and his daughters! A night ice cream and bowling and whole lot of laughs when your with dad.

Happy Valentines Day

Valentines Breakfast!

Valentine Picnic with my Valentine! We had to surprise each other with lunch and then meet at the park. It was a beautiful day and a perfect Valentine Picnic.

Dinner in the backyard is my Favorite. Homemade pizza, strawberries, and red soda. A family game of football and heart cookie to finish out the night. Love my little Valentines!

My Boys

I think we love doughnuts a little too much.

These kids received Valentines from some little admirers. So Cute! Mikelle got a teddy bear and lots of chocolate. Katon got a bear that had all the stuffing taken out and was filled with candy. My kids are Loved!

Monster Jam

Steven took Katon, his friend Garrison, and Chase to Monster Jam. If only you could hear the video taken of Steven yelling you could see that they loved it. Monster Jam is always entertaining.

He crashed on the way home. Fun night for all these boys!

Farm Field Trip

Chase was so excited to have me go on his field trip with him and so was I. I had fun seeing him around all his little friends. Riding on a noisy bus was not my fave but I loved sitting there with my boy. I happened to get a little rowdy bunch of boys to have under my care but it kept me busy. We enjoyed seeing goats and feeding them, holding chickens, going for a trailer ride and seeing cows, drinking flavored milk and eating ice cream. I love being this boys momma!

No Nap

This boys naps have been a little MIA lately so this is what he does at 3 in the afternoon. Although I am not complaining one bit.

Toothless Wonder

Chase's two front teeth had been loose for a while. While brushing his teeth one of his teeth fell out. Then Steven had the great idea of pulling his other one out. Chase was all about that. All he cared about was getting more money from the tooth fairy. So we tied a string around his tooth and then tied the other end to the door and shut the door. Out came his other tooth and here he is left with out his two front teeth.

Basketball Star

So Mikelle tells me one day that she is going to try out for the basketball team and I look at her puzzled and say, "you have never played basketball." She says, "I know, but my friends are trying out." So she trys out. The day she found out if she made it I honestly wasn't expecting her to make it but I should have known better. My girls got natural talent and she made the team. Tiny Mikelle became one of the starters and did awesome! She was a key player and earned a nickname of mighty mouse from the crowd. In 7th grade there aren't a lot of baskets made so it was a big deal with little mighty mouse made a 3 pointer. It was fun to watch her play and her whole team had a great season.

Way to go Chargers!

Early Morning Date

Happy Birthday to Me

Having a Birthday fall on a Saturday is the Best! I got to spend the whole day with my family. We started the morning off with a decorated kitchen courtesy of my girls. My kids always make a special effort to do the things I do for their birthdays. It makes me feel so loved. We loaded up our bikes and drove to Tempe Town Lake. Robert and Amber and family joined us. We rode our bikes all around the lake and the ASU campus. We then all went and ate lunch at Neds. It was a perfect birthday activity. Later that night Steven fed the kids and we opened presents and had cake. Steven then took me on a surprise date. We went and had dinner at Dickies BBQ and then drove out to the middle of no where. We drove out into the desert and Steven had brought fire wood to build a fire, makings to make smores, our computer with a movie, and our air mattress with blankets and pillows to lay in the back of the truck. Could I be any luckier. This man of mine always puts effort into making my birthday great. It was a perfect ending to an already wonderful day. Happy 33rd Birthday to Me!
