Happy Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving with my side of the family this year. We of course had deliciously yummy food and had great company. The kids love playing with their cousins. I love Thanksgiving just for the fact that you can't help but reflect on all of your blessings. I know that I am so blessed in my life. Just for the fact that every day I get to wake up and enjoy my family and everyone else in my life. I am grateful for the blessing of a brand new day. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving...

I was almost reluctant to post this picture since the game was such a let down. But regardless the men had a fun time...

Hanging out with the Heymans

On Wednesday night we went to dinner and goofy golfing (or put put for Jenny) with Chris and Jenny Heyman. We had such a blast. We loved seeing you guys.
On one of the holes our golfing balls ended up in a straight line. I thought it was pretty crazy.
Leave it to me to loose a ball in the water. Steven and Chris are trying to spot it in the little pond all though it is really dark.
Chris: I think I spot it...
Yeah, I think it is right there...
Is this it...

Girls Weekend making Gingerbread Houses

The weekend before Thanksgiving my mom, sisters Kristy and Jodi, my sis-in-law Amber (Braiden too) and my grandma Sue came and stayed over the weekend to make our annual gingerbread houses. It was such a fun weekend. My husband is the best because he let me basically kick him out of his own home so that I could have a weekend to myself with the girls. What a guy... They came on Thursday night so on Friday we went Shopping and went to lunch. On Saturday we made our houses literally all day. We stayed up every night playing games an laughing. We had some hysterical moments that we will never forget (we have them on video) but for the sake of our dignity we will pass on showing them. I absolutely love this tradition of making gingerbread houses that we have. This is our 8th year making them and I look forward to it all year long. It is so fun to get together and be silly girls. Even my 70 year old grandma can still be silly. Trust me... Thank you my family for such a great weekend and all the husbands that helped with children to make it possible. Can't wait till next year. Grandma be practicing for your next performance...
Gifts, gifts and more gifts. I felt like it was Christmas. We all got presents. Of course with the gingerbread theme...
I had to add in a picture of the cute little guy that came and had his first sleep over with girls.

HALLOWEEN!!!

Our Football Player and Princesses... I didn't think Halloween could be busy but WOW... I felt like I was running a million miles an hour from Monday to Wednesday. We had parties and trunk or treat, the list goes on. When all is said and done though is was a really fun filled Halloween.
