Its all about being comfy...
A Charger Win over their rivals at ALA
Well here we go again.  This girl has never played volleyball in her life but wanted to try out just because.  And there she is, out on the court playing some Charger Volleyball.  Proud of her and always challenging herself to try new things.  First game and First win in the books.

Tuesday Craft Night with the sisters and mom.  Fall burlap garland.
Briggs wanted some cereal in a cup but I was showering and told him he had to wait.  When I stepped out of the shower I found this.  I couldn't help but laugh.
My Happiness was tired
The result of throwing a football in the house.  Candle wax everywhere...

Go #84! Katon's first football game!  I LOVE FOOTBALL.  Katon rocked it and got quite a bit of playing time.  They won 27-7.  Way to go Chargers!  I am going to love the next 8 Thursday nights.

Kayla got to go with Maile to lunch for Maile's Birthday.  I love that all my kids have such good friends.
My neighbor sent me this.  My boys love to go to Teagan's and Mackey's house.  They are treated like part of the family.

Happy Birthday Steven!

Stevens turns 34 and wanted to spend his birthday dinner at Peter Piper Pizza.  He might say its for the kids but we really know its not.  As we were waiting for pizza the kids got to go spend some tokens and found a way to beat the system.  They decided before they played that they would put all their tickets together and get a present for their dad.  Well 2648 tickets got him some pretty cool stuff.  How they came up on all those tickets... they stuck Chase in a ball machine and had him put the ball in the jackpot every time.  With how much money we spend there I didn't feel too bad about cheating.  I did still tell the girl at the prize counter but she was cool with it and let them spend all their tickets.

 The Handsome Birthday Boy!

Happy Birthday Steven!  We Love You so Very Much!
I told him he had to stay in his bed all night.  He didn't make it and apparently didn't want me to know.  This is what I saw as I opened my door first thing in the morning.

Future Football Star...

He wants to grow up to be just like his older brother.  I Love that he has a great big brother to look up to.
Not your typical Saturday morning.  The girls were gone and so was Steven so I decided to ditch chores and take my boys out to breakfast.
Hey mom take my picture.  I will show you my moves...

Lake Trip with the Tylers

We had a great trip to the lake with a family from our ward the Tylers.  Except for the time when Briggs fell off the boat as we were pulling knee boarders.  Apparently he was pretending to wake board in the front of the boat and as we hit a bump he flew off the side.  He hung on to the railing for a while and then let go.  Mckay began to yell Briggs and as we look behind the boat we see Briggs bobbing in the water.  Mikelle who was out on the knee board jumped off and went to her brothers rescue.  We quickly turned around and got him out of the water.  He was crying but all was ok.  This is exactly why you always where life jackets on the water.  I am a drill Sargent when it comes to this and sometimes it drives Steven crazy because I am a no exceptions type, but now I have leverage.  That life jacket saved my sons life.  Other than that event the rest was a blast.  The kids had a great time.

In and Out for dinner after the lake is a must!

An ice cream treat for the girl who just survived her 11 year old shots
Mom, I'm Dad...

FOOTBALL!!!

I am SO EXCITED to watch High School Football Again.  More now than ever because I get to watch my boy out on the field.  Katon has been waiting for this day his whole life.  Here he is ready for his first practice.  Go Chargers!

He's a Character...

Father/Son Road Trip

Steven had  to drive to California to pick up some equipment for his office and took Katon with him.  They had a great time and I will confirm nor deny that Katon might have driven a little bit.  While they were there they stopped by my sister Nacoles house and visited them for a little while.  They took their bikes and rode around the beach.  Building memories is what life is all about!
