The lambs came up for a quick trip to take advantage of no school on Presidents day and take the boys snowboarding. Jason is always the best uncle and takes Katon along with them. While the boys were boarding Kristy and I took the other kids to Snowflake to see the temple and also visit one of our ancestors historic home. It was very interesting to take a tour of our ancestor Jessie N. Smith's home and see all the antique and historic things that they brought with them over the plains. We learned about his history and all his wives and was surprised to see how interested the kids were and how much they remembered. (Kayla even quizzed Mikelle and I that night when she gave her FHE lesson) What a wonderful thing to learn about direct heritage in your family. We loved spending the day with them and the boys had a fun day at sunrise.
