Mikelle's Baptism...

What a special day this was! Mikelle looked so beautiful and so pure on her baptism day. She had a smile from ear to ear the whole day. I couldn't help but tear up every time I looked at her. She was so excited and so eager to get baptized. She knew she was making the right choice and she kept telling me that she knew Heavenly Father was very proud of her. When she came out of the water and I went to help her get changed she looked at me and said mom I feel different but I am very happy. I know that she will always remember this day. We had wonderful family and friends that came from near and far to help celebrate her special day and I couldn't thank them enough. This day went perfect even with it pouring rain.

Cute Cousins!

Grandpa and Grandma Jarvis

Our wonderful neighbor Diana
Mikelle and her best friend Gracie
Mikelle and Bishop Whipple
Mikelle received a baptism book from her grandma Jarvis and she couldn't wait to fill it all out. I discovered that she had written her testimony that day in the book and it was the most precious thing I had ever read.
This is Mikelle's testimony in her own words on her baptism day:
I like to bare my testimony I know this church is true. I love my Heavly Father and Jeuse. I love my family, brothers and sister and I am so greatful that I had been babtize. I get the gift of the Holy Gost. I know that I am a child of God and I know that Jeuse loves me and Heavly father loves me too. And I say these things in the name of Jeuse Chris amen.

What is hiding in the closet...

I heard some noise coming from the closet thinking that it was one of my older children sneaking something they shouldn't but to my surprise I found this little monster!

Fourth of July!

Happy Fourth of July!!!
Nothing says Fourth of July than a good ol' Parade. It was fun watching it with cousins.

Hey don't we know you! It was fun seeing Lee and Amanda and their darling girls. Thanks for stopping by and playing games with us. "Disregard" will forever be a card playing word thanks to you both! Good Times...

I have never experienced fire works like we did this year. It was cold outside and we laid out on the high school football field where the fireworks were smack dab in front of us. It was awesome. The best fire work show I have ever seen!

Steven's New Toy...

Need I say more...

Lambs Visit...

We were fortunate enough to have my sister Kristy and her kids come and stay with us for two weeks. Not only were my kids in cousin heaven I was in sister heaven. I loved spending those two weeks with my sister. Although I had a lot of stuff to accomplish with girls camp, Mikelle's baptism, painting, and whatever else my crazy mind told me I had to do, she was a true sister and friend and helped me a more than I could have ever expected. Thanks to her I was able to accomplish my many tasks. We did however manage to inch in some fun too. The kids rode quads and more quads. I think the hardest day was when it rained all day and no quads could be ridden. All the kids were riding machines. I guess it helps when Steven builds an awesome track for them to ride on. Jason even got in on the fun and was landing jumps all over the place. We enjoyed movies every night (even though I never made it past the first five minutes before falling asleep) eating dinner outside enjoying the beautiful weather, making kid crafts, playing games, visiting and laughing, and relaxing. Kristy and I even managed to sneak in a pedicure, shopping, and dinner night thanks to Steven and his willingness to watch 8 kids. Bottom line we loved having the Lambs stay with us and were very sad to see them go. Thanks for the fun two weeks and the memories we made. We love you guys!!!

A day with the Smith Family...

Our good friends Cody and Brittany Smith invited us to spend the day with them at their cabin in Alpine. We had such a great time and we loved seeing them. The kids ran around and did their thing riding quads and such while the adults played cards and visited. We went to the Lollipop Shop and had my favorite, thrifty ice cream (thinking about chocolate malted crunch is making my mouth water) Thank you guys for the fun day! I only wish we could have stayed longer!!!

They had a super fun tree swing that WE ALL had fun on...
