Easter Party...

We were fortunate to be in town when my grandparents had their family Easter Party. The kids had a ton of fun and I enjoyed seeing my extended family and catching up. It is always an enjoyable time at my grandparents home. We loved seeing everyone.

Chase still has a thing for Easter eggs. It was hilarious to see his excitement when he saw Easter eggs covering the grass. I just kept throwing them on the ground and he had the time of his life picking them up and putting them in his basket.

Spring Break

The kids and I went down to the valley for spring break. We enjoyed every bit of it. I loved the sunshine and shockingly loved the warm weather. We kept ourselves busy by visiting and hanging out with family and friends.

Our Kayla baby is loosing teeth left and right. She lost her two front teeth all in one week.

Quick but Fun visit...

The Lambs came and stayed with us for the weekend so that the boys could make one last snowboarding trip before sunrise closes for the season. They of course had a blast and my sister and I had fun hanging out at the house with the other kids having a day full of riding quads. We loved having them here!

Happy Anniversary...

Well, Steven and I made it to a big mile stone. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary! I can honestly say as I look back over the last 10 years they have been the happiest years of my life. I can't believe how much we have changed. I made a scrapbook for Steven of the last 10 years and I can't tell you how fun it was to look back at pictures and read about events and moments of our times together as husband and wife. Steven is the most amazing husband. I couldn't be more grateful that he chose to marry me. I love spending every day with my best friend. Happy Anniversary Babe! I love you to pieces!

Steven and I have been lucky enough that every year we have been able to get away for a few days on or around our anniversary. Given that it is our 10 year anniversary we have been planning on taking a "real" vacation this fall. So our anniversary was approaching and we didn't plan anything because we are going on vacation later in the year. Well, the morning of our anniversary Steven gave me a card before he left for work and on it said OPEN NOW. I opened the card and it said, pack your bags I am taking you away for the weekend, we are leaving when I get home. Total surprise. The best surprise I could have ever gotten. Steven planned everything, from the hotel to the babysitters. It was the most enjoyable three days. We slept in, went shopping, went to the movies, took naps, ate way to much delicious food that we have been missing, and just enjoyed the feeling of freedom in doing whatever we wanted. I love spending time with Steven. He makes me laugh and makes life incredibly fun. A HUGE thank you to all those who watched our kids. Couldn't thank you enough!

Katon had a Blue and Gold banquet the other day where he received his wolf badge. Mom and Dad are so proud of you Katon for all your hard work.

Katon never received his bobcat which he earned a long time ago. He was finally able to get it and here he is pinning the bobcat pin on his mom.

Basketball...

Katon has been playing basketball for the past few weeks. He does a great job and really helps his team. He loves to steal the ball and he shoots well. We love watching him.
